#.  To Take the Conveyance of Titles of the Complete Land Envisaged in the VRR Golden       Enclave Survey no 355(Old No 155/14) at Maragondanahalli, Shikaripalya Road, Hulimangala post Bangalore – 560105.

#.  To manage, maintain, administer the society premises including common area, restricted areas, facilities and amenities intended for the common usage of the members within the premises of the society and to develop the common areas and facilities to the best advantage and benefit of the members and family members in accordance with Co-operative Principles.

#   To raise funds for achieving the legitimate objectives of the society.

#  To Maintain  common area and common facilities  with the collective responsible involvement of all owners (all members of the Co-operative Society).

#   To optimise the maintenance costs o the common areas in the Villa and repairing or replacing the equipment provided by the common amenities in the Villa.

# To facilitate the  Repair works of the  Villa building with the approval of the administrative and technical authority from the competent authority.

# To function   Supermarket( s )for sale of essential commodities by Society.

#  To Construct   any Units for the beterment of the Society with the due. Approval from the Competent  authority.

#. To Provide good governance for the management of the common areas in the Society.

#.  To ensure  continuous supply of Electricity, water, sewage, garbage management, rain water harvesting  and hygiene of members and others.

#. To  Appoint staff to conduct the affairs of the Society properly.

#. To mobilise  the financial resources to fulfil the objectives of the Society.

#. To take all necessary programs for the purpose of conducting the affairs of the Society in accordance with the principles of co-operation and principles of Secularism.

# To use the funds of the Society with the consent of all members or to collect funds from the members when necessary, building or facilitating the public use of the members.

#. To promote the economic interests of the members of the Society and to promote the spirit of frugality, savings and self-help with respect to household purposes.

#. To ensure effective Usage and function of the society as per provision of co-operative society Act and rules there under.
